What is the vegetation ? I was having fps issues so was adjusting the sliders and when I did the vegetation one I got a big fps increase. Well to test this out I started a new flat terrain and when looking at the horizon and 50% vegetation there were 90K polys being drawn . At 100% vegetation it was drawing 225k polys? No visual difference that I could tell?

That is the grass in the level only visible if you draw with the paint grass tool, this is being improved greatly in the next version it eats frames at the moment.

Speaking of painting grass. Are we going to be able to paint more than 1 type of grass?

Not any time soon, but yes we want to improve the grass system so you can have a mix of different grass types in there, and allow the painter to choose the combination and spread of them.
