I can find the link for the 400 legacy pack under my TGC order page but the horror pack isnt appearing and theres no download button on the store either.



How do gold pledgers download the horror pack?

ok you log into the webstore at the .net address, then log into reloaded engine in the file menu is a download store items or something similar button, click this for auto download of all free gold pledge assets. horror pack is 56 items in all, legacy is 400 should download all of them at the same time .

Q: I have not received my gold/silver pledge packs, it shows no items to download.

Additionally if you have logged into the store you need to log out and return.

Not anymore you don't, the system will give the packs to you immediately when you load any store page.

It depends when you tried to get your packs this was a very recent change

When i try to download the horror pack through FPSCR, it either times out and loses the connection or freezes and i get this screen-

Navigate to the temp folder and delete its contents this is a known bug in V1.006 and is fixed in V1.007

I've tried this, but the error keeps recurring and the folder you mentioned keeps getting repopulated.

This won't be the case I am afraid. The store is intentionally written this way to enable better integration in future as well as asset protection for artists, we won't be changing it.



As for the bug I am afraid it is a case of waiting for V1.007 to arrive (not long), this fixes the issue we had internal devs with this issue so we do know about it in V1.006

Is 1.007 likely to fix the start up instability problems I pointed out in the other thread? Especially when it gets stuck during the file check?

@tommy8 : If you can provide me with a thorough video of the issue, I can start the process of reasoning out why you are getting this and no-one else. If anyone else 'has' experienced the same issue in V1.006 please post here, thanks!
