I was racking my brain because of bad normal maps that use to work. I figured it out. The issue I was seeing was triangles showing through mesh and strong normal maps with very bad specular.
The fix was simple. I dont know if every one has this issue, but here is the fix.
Do not rescale your mesh in the FPE file.
By setting my mesh to a size with adding the line
scale =4000 etc it was messing my normals all up. So I guess its a bug.
