you forgot the chickens. Sounds like the animal list from Rust. . . .

I do agree that we need animals soon. Im kinda wanting to do a survival and fps combined game where there are objectives and the need to find food.

My thinking was that the animals, if aggressive by normal nature, would attack you if with in such a cone view (line of sight). It would be even better if they could react to sounds, such as a player running by. Im anxious to see what the horror pack brings. Hopefully more AI with the lua that could be associated to another AI like a bear.

Think of it as Black Ops meets Rust. Collaborators welcome. IF Permitted. Feel free to PM me.

Speaking of animals. I could really use a wolf, but any of the animals mentioned above would be awesome as well.

My store items are taking a while to make it online so here's a free wip boar until my store items can make it online.

A basic skeleton has been added so it should be easy enough for you to add an animation.

They look great, but I'm also not one who can just add animations to these and use them. I look forward to when they are available in their full glory.

I just don't have any fpscr compatible animation software and until I get a source of income, I'll only be producing static props/models.

Even just a fully textured static model is better than nothing at this point. While I'd love to have an animated wolf for the contest, I'm already planning on workarounds to get something representative of the final product. Not having all the features in place or content is really forcing me to be innovative.

wouldnt animer work to animate these critters? Not that I know how to do it let alone texture them them. Hopefully some one will pick these up and finish them out.

Sad thing is I have animer and just dont have the time to even try to figure it out right now.

It might, but I don't own Animer and even if I did I wouldn't have time to learn the product and get a decent animation working in time. I'd end up spending all my time on this one thing and not get my entry done.

I've been working on a ton of animals since FPSC Classic but the limited scripts with them have prevented me to really push their behaviors.

If you get them going and acting accordingly, do you plan to sell them in the store?

Well vicious animals are easy enough as you can simply just use the default soldier script.

Freeroamers will be a tad interesting.

The real question, has anyone started on a script to befriend animals and basically have them follow and assist you.

Once I finish my sci-fi packs I'll finish my animal pack, only have 23, but it's better than nothing. I will release a handful of free animals.
