Is the 650 a ti? If so then no it will NOT be worth an upgrade. You can SLI the 650.. prolly better just getting another one.

I had a AMD 6970 and instead of upgrading for 500+ I decided to just buy another card for 150 bucks and crossfire.. it has been great!
