Feature Creep / Drag box zoom function and map setup menu

Perhaps I'm missing something, but it would be really nice to have a map setup menu (to limit the size, set up the sky box, set the default ground texture, etc). Maybe there is a way to do this via a shortcut key I'm missing, but perhaps add 'map setup' to the menu?



The other thing is the zoom is a bit annoying. I'd really like to select a zoom mode and then drag a box to automatically zoom to that selected location. Also, a quick key to zoom out to max (to see the whole map).
