3rd Party Models/Media Chat / Created Animated Gate when open can walk through the model

Hello everyone



Here is a conundrum for you. I have created a double gate that opens and closes, everything works fine (took a while but I got there).



When the gates are closed and you try to walk through the model you bounce off as you should, but when I the gates have been opened and I try to walk through say the wall it is attached to I walk straight through as though it is not there.



When I close the gates again everything acts as it should.



Has anyone had this problem and if so is there a solution.

If your gates and wall are a single model when you turn off collision to enter you turn it off all over, you need to make the gates a separate entity.



The Third party models and media board seems to be getting confused a lot with Free models and media and TGC models and media boards now

Thanks Rolfy that is very useful, I didn't know that collision was turned off when something was animated.



I will Make the gates a separate entity with just two small brick columns on either side.
