I think your card may have problems, although Lee is working hard to target performance (and has made some great improvements internally), a lot of intergrated cards struggle with high-end processing. You may be able to run Reloaded on the very lowest settings.
As a guide, you can use this
list. The score in the first numeric column is the one you want. With the current Beta of Reloaded a card rated 2000+ is required to run on full settings, with lower rated cards running on lower settings.
As a guide, the integrated card currently being used as a bench mark is the Intel HD 5000 which is rated 591, and can run the internal version of Reloaded at 60fps on lowest settings. So currently, this is what users can currently expect from the next Beta. Performance work is still going on, with the whole development team committed to ensuring the engine will run on a wide as possible ranges of cards and machines, so it's very possible that more improvements will be made.
