Hi,

We are looking at many options for importing characters, none of which are confirmed. Rest assured we take this very seriously and know that it's an important feature. I can confirm that I've personally been involved in some research today that aims to set the bar higher than any TGC product as gone before.

However, currently Animar is an excellent and availabe 3rd party tool that we are able to offer for sale through our site that does allow many characters to be converted. I've personally used it to convert 20 characters for my own use from legacy stock and have been pleased with the results.

I'm not currently aware of any engine that allows characters to be easily imported for free, but I'm willing to learn

Thanks for the reply Scene Commander

I have been using characterfx to animate my models as well as well as ultimate unwrap pro So far any engine I used it on worked with out a problem ie dark basic and fpsc with its program from tgc as well as blitz rad to name a few. But with fpsr nothing works outside buying another program so far.

We will be providing Reloaded specific character models which will allow you to just drop them in and start playing your game. If you want your own characters, we will provide documentation on the format and animation sets you will require. Down the road, we are looking to create a Character Creator which will forgo the need to design and import your own character models and instead use a sort of multiple-choice system to quickly knock-out unique characters for your game

PC SPECS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, Intel Core i7 920, NVIDIA Geforce 9600 GT GPU, 6GB RAM

Although the character creator will be great, I will have many non-human and non-biped characters I will need to import.
