No, the skymatter packs where designed for FPSC Classic (before Reloaded was even a twinkle in our eye). There may be a push to create Reloaded specific versions of them, but there are additional requirements for the new engine and the author may not be interested in making the conversions. We do however have plans to add plenty of extra skies into the product through the Game Creator Store so you won't be short of skies to choose from.
