You have made a good start there.
At least you have managed to UV map the model and get the grain of the wood running in the right direction.
My personal critique would be:
Try to add a few loop cuts in the horizontal planks and give them some minor imperfections. You can do this by scaling the loops cuts along the Z axis (I use Blender, it might be a different axis in other software)
But, great start. Keep going.
