I noticed there was a "can object be thrown" option and wanted to know the process for throwing an object...

I don't believe that this feature is currently supported, but I'm sure it will be.

It's not possible just yet. We have talked about picking up, placing and throwing. Such interactions will come once the engine issues are sorted.
