Product Chat / Retry Payment?

So I was trying to upgrade from bronze to gold so I could ake advantage of the %20 discount however when I checked out my order still says



HYNQW**** FPSC Reloaded Bronze to Gold Upgrade 22nd Feb 2014



Awaiting Payment (Updated: 22nd Feb 2014) (Retry payment | Cancel Order)



is it normal for it to say Retry Payment? or is this a sign that my order did not go through. And yes before anyone flames me I know they do not process orders immediately however thats the first time I have seen "retry payment"

Not seen that,but because you have the option to retry payment I think it might not have gone through.can you check with your bank or card statements to see?.

there is a support link for orders questions somewhere at the bottom of the forums where you type your post they will help you this forums is for product chat not orders problems. though I think this should be made more clear for people I think. all you will get here is redirected to them sorry not able to help more.

Dave, yeah I was thinking the same thing because I remember the charge always goes through. almightyhood I wanted to get others input on it also to see if it maybe happened to them. that is actually why I posted it here.

Retry Payment is normal. It doesn' mean your payment won't go through, just that your order hasn't been processed.



If you need to wait more than 24hours during the week, or 72hours over the weekend, please contact support and we'll help you out.
