This FPS reloaded not work on my PC...My entire PC slowed down to 2 frames a second. I had to log out in order get back to my desktop.

This is most likely a graphics card issue. I don't see your GPU specs, could you please include those as well.

I agree with Scene Commander, I am running a windows 7 machine and FPSCR is working perfectly after sorting out a few issues I had with my old Antivirus.

I'm afraid the issues you're having are with your card.



This site list a large number of GPU's with ratings. As a guide, a card rated 2000 or higher is currently required to run Reloaded on full settings, although this will improve as the beta develops.
