So come through this report propose a suggestion that they put this version to make constructions of levels can make walls, floors, ceilings, etc. ... with different textures can also edit the size of the walls and floors of the proportion you want .

I think so you could create maps with much more detail and much more architected even if it falls a little bit more work I think it would be worth it.

you're referring to the construction kit that is in the process now?

Yes I found pretty cool buildings can make the way he wants, I was also told that they will do everything possible to make this tool even better is that segments of the classic FPSC ... I can not wait.

kinda, it says that after the current builder is completed they will look into adding an indoor builder (similar to FPSC) but it wont be added for quite some time i'm sure - outside world is the main focus of FPSC-R for now

I think you will see some pretty impressive indoor scenes, even with the first V1 of the Construction Kit. Simon is determined to enable a mode which allows some serious crafting to be done, and his very early 'test buildings' are already impressive, and they're only 5-10 minutes of work. I think you will like the power this new tool will provide, and then we can decide if you really want something that mimics the classic method of building rooms and corridors.
