Hey all I had a question regarding physics and collisions. I noticed in many games there are certain objects that appear to have what look like almost limbs and react to the environment, gravity and force. For example I've seen games of books that can open and close when knocked over a shelf. They can sometimes land closed or land face down with cover and back spread open.

What is it that makes this occur in other games? It is it actually bones placed in an object and then some type of ragdoll physics are in place for it in the engines they are used?

That are Physic constraints/ Hinges

and as we are using Bullet physics this is totally possible in reloaded.

Thats actually something i plan on getting done for my playground models, have to admit havent tested it yet.

Will share progress when i get to it.
