This is one of the most awe-inspiring real-time visual demos I've seen. All done through shaders and other techniques in Unreal Development Kit. According to the author, it runs fine on even moderate hardware and he may release an EXE when it is finished. Watch in HD.

PC SPECS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, AMD Phenom X6 1100T 3.60 GHz CPU, NVIDIA Geforce GTX-680 2GB GPU, G.SKILL 16GB DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) RAM

Thanks for posting that.

Yes there's some really good things around and things get better constantly don't they.

Just a little bit ambitious to say the least for Reloaded users to aspire too despite the non disputed users abilities.

We have to be realistic about it - It's the tool itself which will limit what can be done with it.

Still nice to see what is being done out there.

Any More?

Simply put, I believe Reloaded is already capable of photorealistic graphics, once we get further down the line don't be surprised to see similar projects to the one above being created with the ease of use attracting good artists to the product.

I agree with you Rolfy, with the right lighting, shaders, settings & textures, I think in future releases of reloaded we could achieve this

PC - Windows 7 64bit, Intel i5, 12Gb Ram, 1TB WD Black, Evga Gefore 760gtx 3GB

Laptop - Windows 7 32Bit, Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000, 4GB Ram, 500Gb WD, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4850

Be even better if the birds didn't keep appearing and disappearing.

Pretty nice. I think Reloaded would have to improve it's terrain texture palette to even get close to this, amongst other things . Still as has been said, with the right media, and improved shaders Reloaded could get close. For the price difference and added bonus of easier use, Reloaded is looking good still. Of course those water effects are amazing, and if Reloaded ever manages anything like it, we will all be happy! Actually we'd probably be doing somersaults (at least in our mind) if it looked and ran this well!

Awesome visuals.

DVader is correct. If Reloaded could do those quality of visuals we would do somersaults in our mind plus at least 3 imaginary battles against Bruce Lee where we almost win.
