All That\'s Left is a post-apocalypse rpg/mmorpg where you play as a survivor in a world where you must scavenge for supplies and food to survive. You thought you were all that was left on earth but you quickly find that the dead have risen and looters are everywhere. Will you survive and hold out the apocalypse or bash as many zombies as possible before you go down.



This game - is in Development



Planned Features:

- Giant world

- Wildlife animals you can kill for food

- Re-spawning Zombies

- Random spawning gear locations to loot (food and weapons)

I wouldn't bank on the online play, as I'm sure we won't see that for a very long time.



Must say though I like the name of the game. Very creative.

-Finished the icon for the game

-Finished the Loading screen

-almost %80 done with website Rupturegames.webs.com

-Started work on ideas for the map



The rest i cant start till TGC get better performance and features in the engine

If you are using Reloaded with your game, your game won't be-able to be complete for a very long time. I can't wait till we can actually build our games with multiple stages!

Already noted this game will slowly be developed as we are a 2 man team and the engine wont be completed for awhile. We are just getting our concept art and ideas ready we will slowly begin to develop our actual game when reloaded is farther in development. As for now we are getting our images,ideas and models prepared.

Putting a site together to help build an audience is a great idea. I've started doing the same for a few of my projects.



I wonder if Reloaded will in the future allow you to change the icon of your games?

Already can (: in your standalone folder rename your fps creator reloaded exe to engine and then add a shortcut to the engine.exe and name that (yourgame)shortcut.

Right click the shortcut and click properties and change the image to the image you would like (: You can also change the image of the loading screen when starting your standalone by going into your folder for your standalone and clicking files then editors then gfx then take the photo you want as the loading screen and rename it the same as the ones in that folder then drag them over and replace them.

Working on scripting an installer for our game , but the hard part is we don't have a game to pack into the installer yet :/ hopefully reloaded will be more stable and have a better gameplay experience soon so we can give you a little something of what's in our heads as far as development for the game .. As for now just hoping the engine can move along a little quicker so I can get the game to you guys (: as for now we'll just wait

There are loads of free installer software that will unpack the files needed and place a shortcut on the desktop.

But i would not worry about this as im sure there is going to be Build options as our games will get big and it would be crazy to have it all in one exe file also im hoping they bring in some sort of encrypting to stop people just taking your models.

not really the problem is if we release a game who ever downloads it then has the models we made you cant password the folder as the engine/game has to read the the files inside the only way round it is encrypting the files as it is being built and adding it to the engine so it can read the encrypted files and no one other person can.

You should start writing up some concept characters. This is something that is generally always left to the end, though in all great films and games its the first concept tackled, generally.



I hope Reloaded will in soon have dialog support. I know we can create prompt text but I guess I'm more interested in how we can have dialog in a fancy UI.

Just wanted to update everyone. I have been working on concept art and haven't posted recently. Just wanted to let everyone know the project is still in development (: we can not start sculpting the world yet until the engine gets more stable and performanceis increased . As soon as the engine runs smoothly we will begin development on the world and start adding models and such (: Thanks to everyone whose been with us this far it means a lot (:

Both intros are awesome!



The first one shows the name of your studio and the website a bit more prominent though. So personally I would go for the first one. But both are great.

First screen looks epic, second screen looks well, like the same tree pasted about a patch you painted in the terrain with a tent plonked in it. Both intro's look great.

Your going to be waiting awhile before you can start working on this properly. Until we have a stable version that we can say this is good enough for the game concepts we have, then most work should be experimental at most. Of course now is really the time to prototype a game idea, at least with media creation and such. I'm waiting on Reloaded to see what is possible before actually spending too much time on any actual game yet though. Things look quite good on the scripting front, so I'm sure all your features should be possible at some point. Even multiplayer from TGC reports so far, it is planned at a later date. Still, best not to rely on this anytime soon. We can only hope that version 1.6 will be far faster, as reported.

It's just something I threw together to show reloaded off (: Glad to know you like the other concepts and intros. We will begin staging levels when the engine is more stable and has a better framer ate as for now we are just getting out concepts and models together .

Alright it's been awhile since I've posted any updates but we have a lot of work and updates we have worked on .



We added a small town , a farm and a safezone/camp.

We also now have a TON of models to work with which is great . The game is definitely starting to shape up . We released a small DEV beta of the game to our internal testers to check for any bugs in the current build of the game . We still have tons of work to do . We need to add the 4 other towns , more lakes , a giant campsite area , wildlife , more weapons and most important ZOMBIES.



That's it for now but I will be posting more updates .

Back with another update.

We have

-finished the first part of our main story questline
-finished starting area about 80%
-started recording and getting voices for characters ready
-finished optimizing settings for character controller movement to feel more natural and realistic

Screenshot of current build of the starting area (: more will be added very soon. I had to rebuild it and now reinstall fps creator because i keep getting editor errors when trying to run the engine. So now ive learned my lesson on backing up the game Also i am looking for a pickup item script if anyone knows of one that would be helpful. Pickup items like map , backpack and such. Have no fear a fresh install fixed all errors, i also got lucky and had a backup of the current built game on my backup harddrive. Time to continue work !!!

I've been flying threw development on the game!! I've almost finished the entire starting area (: And have began staging the area where you start a quest to join a faction called "The Cult" a group of relentless assassins. The quest is optional as it will be a side quest funny how people will still pay to have someone murdered during a zombie apocalypse hehe. We had a team meeting and a number of factions/guilds will be available in the game along with quests (:
