Hi people...

After trying the older version of FPS Creator out I was thinking of going gold on the Reloaded Beta but I do have a couple of questions..



On the reloaded version can you still do interiors ?



Can you use your own textures etc or are you restricted to whats supplied

Yes you can make interior area but not in the current beta version, it will be added in a future beta release.



You can also use your own textures, this is currently already possible but will be even easier soon.

All sounds brilliant.....



I used to map with GTK Radiant and create levels for Quake, Elite force etc

Like these..

But always wanted to find an editor to allow me to create my own standalone games...This is the closest I have found that could let me achieve this..

Im not sure if FPS will allow curves at the moment but im kind of hoping it will get to that stage so I will probably go for the gold beta and see what I can do

I bought FPS Creator on the Focus label for a fiver and looking it up on the net brought me to the Reloaded version...



It looks so much more now and some of the video's on this forum are pretty impressive so far

glad to hear, just 1 thing, buying now means waiting till Monday or Tuesday before being able to download reloaded. as payments are handled only on working days so you might not be able to download till Tuesday perhaps, though it is worth the wait . also the download will come from the tgc site under "my products" also a new beta comes out on the 30th or 31st this month i think so be ready to uninstall and reinstall the software a lot of time lol before its ready.

yeah, its a tough wait but well worth it, welcome to the gold pledgers you can change your forum badge to show your pledge soon aswell and i think you can change it so that your name appears in the credits or not too (somewhere when you get the download)

just the latest/ as it contains the upcoming improvements (sneak peek)



However the rift stuff and standalone comes by the end of the month, should give you some time to get used to the workflow.
