Beta 1.004 has been release as of 20th Dec. You should find it in your Products of your account.

I'm sure Rick will explain more when he has the time.

Also of note is that there is a document in the Docs folder; Importing models into FPS Creator Reloaded which explains how to correctly import models into Reloaded.

Enjoy!

Thanks MadLad Designs for posting this. I had to get some sleep while Lee did the final release work. This version is a big step forward and we look forward to hearing what issues people have with it.

Merry Christmas to everyone. TGC are pretty much closing down now. Lee and I will do the odd work in between family meals and get togethers. It's been a good year of hard work on Reloaded. We have set the foundations of a great new product and I'm very excited about 2014.

Much faster - getting there!

Merry Xmas all (but don't let it distract you from the real purpose - more coding!)

Beta4 is looking good so far. Still some glitches with objects/polygons popping in and out - but haven't tested all the GFX sliders yet.

Immediate impression is a speed increase but haven't carefully tested like with like yet.

Bravo!

Good job, big improvement in the amount of Fps. My old geforce 320 can dream again for a certain time.

-8/15 fps with the first beta.

Today around :

-35 fps / 100 000 polygons

-70 fps / 20 000 polygons .

You know what ! She is happy.

Just looked at new release. Great improvement rendering in a distance. I was seeing rendering occur in the distance as I approached an area that I had set up with grass, rocks, etc. Now I get the full render affect in a distance a see this as a great improvement. My thanks and hoping the team is able to rest and have a Merry Christmas before jumping on the next enhancements.

That sounds like a browser/download speed problem to me. You could try again.

Hey Guys, I'm new to this program, I would like to know what I can do to learn how to make games with this software, I want to be able to learn how to design games, that are epic stories, and are actually very good to play both single player and multiplayer.

I want to know though with this software, can I sell the games I make?

I'm very interested to know, can you guys let me know what I can do to learn this?

Thanks

Coldkeys

At the moment we are in beta for reloaded and so if you back reloaded and buy the Gold pledge

Then when the full version is released you can make games to sell,

Have a look here for more info.

I just upgraded to Gold and the files are waiting for me. However, the program files seem to be the same as my original; bronze level, (plus the extra stuff)and when I installed them it was version 1.002? From the comment above about 1.004 being "In my products" I do not see any additional files. How can I be sure that I get 1.004.

Also, I am installing this on Windows 8.0. When I first tried to install, windows placed the files in the Crograms(86) file folder. When I tried to run the program it failed saying that the op system would not allow the program to update files in the program folders. I am the administrator, and I tried to turn VAC off but in windows 8 I could not find the way to do this.

I have had this issue before and I made my own program folder (root C drive)and installed the program in to that folder and it seems to run fine. Will I find issues later on with this type of install?

Finally, what's with the "look-up" function? If I move my mouse so as to look-up the program forces the view to a look down and I cannot look up at the sky?

Thanks

The files in "My Products" are for 1.002, at least that's what the software says when I installed it. Still no sign of 1.004. Maybe no one's home cause of the holidays. Sent help request to TGC but yet to hear back.

Happy New Year

I am VERY excited for this beta release. It's not currently in my Products area, but I will patiently wait until it is.

It sounds AMAZING!
