Product Chat / The newest version isn't working

I installed the newest version (201213) and when i go to open the program it will show the "getting started tab" and when i exit out of the tab the program just quits and closes

are you running as admin?, it has to be run as admin for whatever reason. if not try that if you are then I have no clue sorry, mine is running fine with no issues.

Yes you may still need to Right Click on the Desktop Icon, and select Run As Administrator which will allow the software write access to the Program Files folder which Windows would normally protect from external access.

If you are running an antivirus program you may need to add reloaded to the exceptions list. Some antivirus programs will block reloaded from working. I know that TrendMicro blocks it until you add it to the exceptions list.
