Now i made some Forest and the start area on the Hunger Games. Quickly made them.. in first act to performance handling and so on. here a short Video->

with this elements the engine is on nearly overloaded atm.

i have a i7 gtx570 8gb ram

The assets look nice. I would have gone a different route though so you could actually produce your game without having copyright issues.

News: Because copyright issues i changed the name of the Game to Happy Hunger Games



I put the game also on ModDB, maybe is achieved even more interest in FPSCR on ModDB.



if the engine has been added to ModDB I will of course enter the engine with my project

How did you get the fantasy pack weapons to work?? when i installed and moved it they were in game but when i picked them up nothing happens?

you have to modify the fpe file in the entity bank!

and you have to put the other stuff into your gamecore folder, i created one in guns and called it waffen. it should work now..

Still couldn't get it to work :/ im trying to figure it out so i can make a open world mmo like skyrim ... can you make a video of how to do it for the fantasy models?

Looking very nice! I like the mood in that forest.



Are you planning to use that bird logo for your game? Not sure if adding "happy" to the title but still using the official Hunger Games logo might not generate some legal issues.

thanks Dunvel, i think that the name will now fit the copyright issues.



but with the logo yeah, i use it only for the first time and will replace it later with my own logo.. i think it will be a bird with a triangle or a crystal or something

If you do want to use it the color is called 'Buddha Gold'

or it is RGB 204, 153,

cool, swords and stuff is great so far .. but watching the vid on how you got them to work was kinda hard to understand what you was doing without tooltips on screen or a voice over detailing stuff, for me anyways.

but keep it up it looks good so far (have not seen the film yet so)

This is very cool work you are doing, I was just wondering though have you already got permission to write a game based so closely on the a book and film or are you going to approach them afterwards to market it.



Sorry to put a bit of a downer on the project but I would not like to see anyone put so much effort in a game and then find out that they cannot use it.
