Feature Creep / Water tension/resistance

Could it be possible to have a feature for all water to have some sort of resistance,



Meaning if we have a snow scene then could we have the water as ice like a frozen lake so one can walk across but still see through it as such.



and also to simulate boggy water to act like mud/ swampy texture feeling, so when doing tropical scenes one could have boggy water that can slow down a player like my sinking mud that i made for fpsc using player zone,

As i could make such in fpsc with my water kit, even moving ocean that one can swim in, but have not got a clue on how to get my scripting and contents to work in fpscr. so i

would like this feature.
