I\'ve started compiling an FAQ to help you get the best out of Reloaded. As time goes on I\'ll add lots more (and lots more will change!). If there\'s anything you wish to know, you have anything to add or see errors please let me know!

The FAQ can be downloaded here:

Ooh ooh, pick me! I have a question. When creating custom assets (models) what formats can be exported to FPSC:R? Also where is collision set up, in the modeling software or is there a collision tool in FPSC:R? Is .fbx supported?

@BasCelik Do you mean what formats can be imported to FPSC:R? I Believe Only .X (Direct X) Files at the moment but dont hold me to that 100% The Mods know alot more than me

Thanks for the reply. After looking deeper into the forums I believe you are correct. There seems to be talk about adding additional formats in the future.

I have a question. Don't know if this was ask or not, could not find one.

But when the full version comes out, will there be a manual or some sort to help along in creating a game?

I have seen the tutorial ones and they are helpful and have read up on others, but I was wondering if a manual book may come with the first full version or you can download one?

Thanks,

I've no doubt some sort of manual will appear. Whether it goes into things in depth is another matter.

When in game create mode and using '1' to bringing up the key idem movement display,it overlaps making it hard to read.

Is there a text file that has this info on it/or/ posted on the form?

Having Fun with what you create should be the only requirement.

The forum will not let me post this question. So I am doing it here. Where is the sound in FPSC Reloaded? I have the latest release.

I saw that the F12 key in test mode is for sky change.. But that does not work at my computer. also F11 does not work.

Only the other F1 trough F5 work.

F1-11 works for me F12 does nothing.

F11 turns day to night and as time passes, if you hit F11 it set's (me) back to the time i loaded test mode.

If FPSCR is closed/reopen then (for me) it is reset to day time.

Now i wounder if this might be due to the FPS help box that appears when the default video card is not up to the task and clicking 'yes' disables F12?

Heck you have it good, I'm running a I3 sandybrige for a V-card.. yep-- ouch!

Looks like lee thought of 'Daylight savings time'

Hi MadLab

FAQs are great! Thanks

Suggestion:

Add to FAQ a terms glossary. With all of the different file types and acronyms it would be a great help if these could be defined.

Also, it would be very helpful for a description of the file system for FPSR. Which files go where and why etc.

I'd be more than happy to help compile these but I'm one of those who needs the help in understanding the basics of how this software works.

So the beta builds that I have access to and can download don't come with actually install instructions, through tgc account site,as far as i have read. My question is... Do I need to delete/uninstall my old beta build which is 1.005 to install the new 1.006 and it work correctly or is 1.006 just a patch and I can install it safely on top of 1.005??? Plz help me out here.

Do NOT install directly over 1.005! Put any personal/non-default assets aside, uninstall, double- check your Reloaded folder/directory for any left-overs, delete them, then install 1.006!!!!! I can only speak from experience!!!

Please, how about how to create soft hills, or rolling terrain, It all comes out sharp pointed peaks and using the level tool ends up making the peaks a flat plain, not normal hills.
