So my question is - what is the turn-around time on this?



I've sent two emails to Christine (one circa Nov. 10th [didn't keep copy of it so actual day may vary a few days] and the second one on Nov. 24th - I even included my order number, member name, etc. to show that I originally got the Gold pledge), but I have neither received any confirmation, nor were either of the emails bounced.



If the turn-around time is several weeks, then I guess I understand it might be a bit longer. However, if that is not the case, can you please ask Christine to check her spam box in case the emails went there? Sending a third email to her to ask that would obviously be a waste if that's where they are going.
