Howdy,

This forum, combined with Firefox (v25) isn\'t a good combination.

Scrolling is like going down the page hoping the browser knows i am scrolling. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Page goes down in a stuttering fashion. Slow and erratic.

Clearing my cache takes care of this slowness/stutter for a bit. The experience is a bit smoother, but not like any other webpage..

I use a Logitech Performance MX mouse.. normally it\'s 1 swing and the pages scrolls like crazy. Not the new Reloaded forums.

Could be something to do with this version of Fx. IE for example works fine.

Didn\'t try Chrome and/or Opera.

Grts,

Anubis

PS.. Yesterday i could drop 8 screenshots in 1 message.. now this message is disappeared and i can only upload 1 picture at a time.. should i make 8 forumposts?

Looking at the new screenshots.. 1 upload per message only.. and the screenies which are displayed are way overstretched vertically.

I will look at that and see if I can recreate on my end.

As for attachments the current system allows only one per post you are correct. This will be changed in a patch coming soon. One step at a time to add new features the most important part for me was to be sure everyone could see the site and the data was moved.

First, let me thank you for your hard work.

Forums changes are always looked upon with a frown.

People will get the hang of it soon enough and appreciate the new modern look.

I think you did a great job. I do like the new forums as is.

Thanks for your speedy answer.

I have version 25 and it's been working fine for me. Hmmmmmm? I don't know.

I wonder why I lost my FPSC master Badge? OH, and FPSC Tool Maker

Even though this is FPSC-R forum I think I still should have those badges. It's still a part of TGC. Yes?

Thanks Anubis, I missed seeing that thread. I hope you can figure out why your version 25 is not working. Mine was just updated to that version so things might go wrong later. If so, I'll use this thread to verify. I've never done it before but can you downgrade to a lesser version just to see if that works. If it does then it probably is a problem with v25 and it would need to be reported.

I wouldn't want to downgrade my Fx for now. To much hazzle, uninstall, addons gone..

Maybe later. My problem doesn't persist, luckily. For now, my experience is fine, i don't understand what it is.

It might be i have about 60 open tabs But like i said earlier, its only this forum. And it happened at least 2 times. Both times i shut Fx, ran Ccleaner and i could scroll again. This would imply its Fx, not the forums. i don't get it...

Also keeping track of other software i might be running, although i can't really join the two together. Well, you never know. Might even be an incompatible addon concerning v25.

The journey continues.

While writing i remember, the first time i had this issue was BEFORE the shutdown. I even posted about it. That means.. uhmm.. yes, what does it mean

I'm using version 24 and it works fine. Never used version 25 yet though. Perhaps I should avoid doing that :p

Ironically I'm meeting up with a Mozilla team in Toronto on the 11th of November.
