Hi everybody
Thinking about the meshes without LOD, if GG can incorporate a internal poly reductor, it can reduce polys automatically, distance base.
What you think about?

Not sure if i understand it right, so a tool that reduce polygons of high-poly models to get them work 4 GG?

Taking as reference the way the LOD works.

Quote: ";LOD System
disablebatch = 1
lod1distance = 500
lod2distance = 1000"

If GG incorporates an algorithm like the one used by decimator in mixamo, for example; the engine could reduce the polycount of an object depending on the distance of the player, with respect to the object.
If the object has a large number of polygons and does not incorporate the LOD, in addition the player's distance is within the range that activates the function of the polygon reducer, which would work in percentage values.
Although I don't know if this is possible.

Never mind I realised what I was about to say was wrong when I read what I typed
