--Backrooms Build Pack Grid Position Guide-- --UPDATE: After further testing, I have noticed an issue. You need to rotate the parts (especially the shafts) BEFORE you place them. Otherwise the parts will get misaligned a tiny bit and a gap will be visable at the seems. This seems to be an issue with GGMax and not the parts. The parts snap together correctly until you rotate them after placing them down.-- Option(1) Full Grid Size X = 118.1 Z = 118.1 Y = 118.1 (You Must Enter "Y" Manualy) Grid Offset X = 0.0 Z = 0.0 (Or Leave Default) Option(2) Half Grid Size X = 59.05 Z = 59.05 Y = 59.05 (You Must Enter "Y" Manualy) Grid Offset X = 0.0 Z = 0.0 (Or Leave Default) --(I Always Use Half Grid Size For X And Z Axis)-- Y - Full Grid Size Hight Reference for 6 Stories 0.0, 118.1, 236.2, 354.3, 472.4, 590.5 Y - Half Grid Size Hight Reference for 6 Stories 0.0, 59.05, 118.1, 177.15, 236.2, 295.25, 354.3, 413.35, 472.4, 531.45, 590.5 Floors, Ceilings, Light Glass, Pillars, Full Stairs, and Shafts Can Be Full Grid Or Half Grid Walls, Window Glass, Window Cover, And Trims Require Half Grid To Position Correctly. For adding floors or walls or whatever, above the first, place a floor or wall or whatever, anywhere, and enter "118.1" in the objects "Y" position. It will now be at the correct hight for parts to connect together. like stairs or shafts. Double the "Y" position (236.2) for the next hight, and so on. Snapping mode works fine for connecting the same parts together. It's great for laying out a lot of floors or walls of the same kind. However, it won't connect different parts together. That's why you want to use the grid size instead. If you want to use snapping, make sure you put the first part down with the full or half grid size. Then all the rest will snap to that grid position. --Turn Grid Off To Use Decals-- FILES VERSION - 1.00 UPDATED - 8/9/2022
