I want to activate trigger zone only 1 time when my character step on the trigger.

I need to activate this only when I escape house, not when I'm getting in it
(sorry for bad english)

you might want to try using another trigger inside the house that will toggle activate
the trigger outside or,,,,try using a different entrance for going in the house
so you can use the one you want upon leaving the exit.

Since you are talking about scape I assume the player starts inside the house, so place the trigger out of the house; it use to play once and get destroyed.

You can also click the corners of the boundary area of the zone to resize/reshape the size/shape of the zone.



(not recommending this shape, just showing that the zone can be reshaped)

You can also delete some of the nodes with SHIFT + RMB
Except the bigger main one and add nodes by SHIFT + LMB
Just a bit of info
No one ever really leaves.
