Trying to add an NCP and set them to wander, they just stand in one location. Is it just my pc or anyone else get this?

Just tried Astra ( female ) in a default map and she wanders around ok for me.
But AI does seem a little random at the moment which i have just reported on Github.
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..
