How can I delete previous Project Titles that I have Deleted, but still show up on
the dropdown file menu.

I Deleted Folder - GameGuruApps completely, but file names still keep appearing
on the Game Story Board file dropdown, after starting GameGuru Max again
obviously previous Titles must be stored elsewhere ?.

The "File" Menu gives you quick access to recently opened projects. Physically deleting files will not remove them from the "File" menu. If you open other projects more than once, you will see your old projects disappear from the File menu to give way to your new projects.
