Scripts / Having trouble with animation speed

When i change the anim speed the npc properties his walking animations dont slow down and it looks like hes running on a treadmill lol how can i fix this and slow down his steps

there are two speed settings in the properties panel, one for animation and one for the actual movement.. change both to suit your design

I see (speed) and (anim speed) i can slow him down using the (speed) that works fine but the problem is that his walking animations doesnt change with the (anim speed) so it looks like hes walking way faster hes really moving how do i slow down his walking animations/running

I downloaded a "Classic" dlc. It contained a Chainsaw npc under the ''Freak'' category the two things required to solve my issue are his like speed and anim speed to fix this OR.. do I have to like apply to some script myself to slow him down?

Ive spent like a week on this engine so far sorry lol i know like basically nothing about scripting

The script attached to that character is scriptbank\Classics\ai_classiccharacter_chainsawbrute.lua and it is a bit of a mess tbh.

The animation speed is set explicitly in the script so changing the values in the parameters isn't going to do anything.
Been there, done that, got all the T-Shirts!
