Now you can create any launcher as you need them . Create your welcome screen and save it as 0022.png(1000x600pixel).
Create your About screen and save it as 0022.png(1000x600pixel).Save your game file as 3dpencil.exe in ---->C:\Users
the icon file can be changed in the directory.(save and replace your icon as pencil.ico)

sorry i was too busy @PCS. for many reasons i stop sharing free stuff around here, and my main account in discord called S.U.P.E disabled becuase of my country.And steam will do the same thing in this year again because of country.(this is a big shame for humanity)
