Ok so I am trying, to make some sort of visual novel, I thought right lets make up some simple levels using GameGuru Classic. The result are the screens below. GameGuru Classic is great at this, you can wander your level, get the shots you need and use bandicam or similar to make the cut scenes for your visual novel too. Only an experiment now, but it might be a full project while Max gets more and more sorted out.

Aftershock Quad Core AMD FM2+ 3.5 GHz 8GB Motherboard and Processor, A7700k apu, Asus GT970 STRIX 4gb Nvidia gfx card.
King Korg Synth, Alesis SR18 Drum Machine, Akai MPX8 sample player, Roland Fantom XA Synth, Axus Digital AXK2 Digital Drum Kit, Novation Ultranova Synth, Waldorf Blofeld Synth, Roland D05 Synth Module, Bluedio Victory V Headphones, AKG K141 Studio Headphones, Lenovo Ideapad, with Windows 10 64bit, 8Gb Ram and AMD A10 7th Gen Graphics. Acer Swift i3 Laptop with Intel Optane memory, Intel 620UHD GPU, Windows 10 64bit.

Its a great Idea Tarkus. You made lot of levels already, you can get use of those scenes to develop a great story game.

Just curious, why did you stop developing 1st person exploring games? I got lots of inspiration from your saviour project.

Thanks for the comments.

I've not stopped doing the 3D games, just trying something a little different, I am still using classic, which runs really well now and is quite stable.

Nice thoughtful work. Not engine intensive, but high on scripting ( the human brain).
So this is creative, looks mysterious, and I'd play it now.

Not a lot of scripting within the visual novel engine, it's pretty much drag, drop and click, but I am in gameguru so I can set up stuff and video grab them for the novel engine. There is a lot of text inputting with the story and the sound design too to get the atmosphere just right, as the visuals are static, except for the cut scenes. Thanks for the comments
