For all pre-order users of GameGuru MAX, you will find the new Friday build ready to play. Run the updater VERIFY sequence, then run the main MAX software, and then repeat the process. This will introduce a new updater feature to clear out old asset files from the Program Files area. Enjoy!
GameGuru Classic will continue to be supported with bug fixes and functionality additions.

Well it should have prompted you there was an update available ( unless you disabled the splash screen )
Try the help Tab and Check for updates.
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

I did update it (see the About window).

However, I uninstalled MAX completely, reinstalled it and now it's up-to-date.

Ahh ye i see that now... I thought the pic was just to show you still have the old library.
When you uninstalled did you manually delete the old folders and reboot ?
Worth a try

Nope, just uninstalled and reinstalled. Although the first two times I tried running the new installed MAX, it crashed with the general Windows error "...has stopped working".
