I've been with this community for awhile, and yes I know I very rarely release anything into the wild let only a game with this engine.
Sadly I lost my father today, and needed to sink into something. I went back through my stored backups, I have a lot of random saved maps, mostly memory tests and saved maps for very random videos and came across this. (never shown)

I have since re done away with the standard save/load system and how this operates. However this came about after talking to Lee on being able to load in the player after a save on a set location or death without checkpoint and x,y,z cords.

The below video does not use the traditional start marker (located elsewhere). When the player dies, player is moved to a new location (no cords used) , and shows when a checkpoint is initiated (tree) creates a reset point. Added intermission apon death (tpp body, splash screen, what ever really can be used here, I just used a room for the recording) Oh and not running any scripts off the media seen in background all used for additional testing with the system (doors, barrel reset on load). Nothing fancy, just random gg stuff, and something to take my mind away at this moment.

Respect to you all, stay safe, and keep the GG dream alive

Appreciate the kind words, thank you. Interesting it was GG a place to reflect. Always enjoy looking at old saves, then trying to remember why.. though didn't plan to post anything, and not sure what I had planned when doing this one.
I like looking at different things I guess, some not so important
