I purchased the early release Game Guru Max as I have had Game Guru and FPSC for a long time and am a big fan of your work so far, but I'm having the same issue as others are having with the application not loading and then just crashing out. I have searched through the most recent threads on the issue and tried all the various suggested updates and solutions, but no luck. I was wondering if its possible for you guys to publish a single post outlining what updates and fixes to try, and in what order?
It seems odd that I can run Unity, Godot and other engines, but apparently don't have the means to run GGMax. Could you shed some light on why GGMax appears to require "more juice" than the other engines?

It's frustrating, but not an urgent fix for me, I'm more than happy to put down my the money up front and wait for the full release candidate. I Really like the products you guys put out!

I've had no issues running Max, but standalones fail every time. Just get a white screen then it flips back to the desktop. I'm guessing it's a related issue, but no idea why at the moment. Must be really annoying if you get the same just trying to run the editor I don't think it's a PC horsepower issue, more likely a software one. GPU wise I am close to min spec, but it runs fine as long as I leave the terrain alone at the moment.

Standalones are not functional yet.
I know Lee said you could possibly create one but its having non of it plus the full file structure is not yet complete in GameGuruApps so its a pretty sure thing it wont work right now.

How far are you getting with the Tiny Installer. ?

Tiny installer runs ok. No errors downloading and installing the packs.
I get a white screen on startup for about 5 seconds, followed by a shut down back to desktop.
No log file generated.
I'm running win10 on I7 laptop with Nvidia MX300 series (on a par with GTX960).
I have tried all the solutions I can find on the forums, but no joy so far.

It's frustrating but not the end of the world. Im up to my neck converting old Directx assets into FBX and building an asset library for Coppercube, so its not like I have time at the mo.

The Nvidia GeForce MX330 is a dedicated entry-level mobile graphics card for laptops. It was released in February 2020 and is basically a renamed Geforce MX250 / GeForce MX150 / desktop GeForce GT 1030. It uses the same GP108 chip as the MX250 (GP108-655-A1 e.g.). It offers the same 384 CUDA cores as the MX250 and MX150 and also the clock speeds only increased slightly (+12 MHz Boost = 0.8% for the 25 Watt version). The dedicated GDDR5 graphics memory is connected via a 64 Bit memory bus and clocked at 3500 MHz (7000 MHz effective) leading to maximal bandwidth of 48 GB/s. Again there is a 25 Watt and slower 12 Watt (low power) variant.
It will struggle with MAX

Like I said, sounds potentially related, exactly what I get with standalones at the moment. I'm not complaining, just pointing out the similarities. I did get a similar issue with the first cellar demo as well (randomly, sometimes worked, sometimes white screen, then exit). I have a GTX 970, so should be okay GPU wise and like I said I can run Max fine here.
