Probably because you have posted in the wrong part of the forum. What you need is a script, and the script section is where most of the scripters hang out, so you would be better off to post this in the script section.

your model does not have all its textures, and the scale is way too small, creating an FPE can be done by either editing an FPE that is similar to what you want , the LUA file also the same, look at how other items in you entitybank are setup, there are 1000's of FPE's and LUA files take a bit of time and look through them, you could also buy Asset Manager i have created a basic FPE and used a LUA file that is readily available, this took me 2 mins to create albiet not refined its just to show you how to do the basic stuff, i have included the CSI animation list for reference in the FPE so that you can tweak the animations.
