Scripts / Can classic char use weapons?

Hey
I cant figure out how the classic characters like the police officers, inmates etc use a weapon. The gun is floating on the ground, but the char have the "holding gun" animation and can kill the player.

I don't think you can without editing them in a modelling programming, to use weapons on characters they need a special bone on their hands called a firespot, I don't think those characters have one.

Yeah I'm unsure if they have lost their "firespot". They did originally have them in FPSC but when converted over may have lost them. Not 100% sure on that though. I'll have to bring them into Fragmotion to find out.

Yeah it sounds like they either don't have a firespot or somehow its location has been zeroed.

I checked in fragmotion, they miss a firespot. Scifi Aiko has one.

Edit: No i was wrong, they got one! How to activate it?

The conker is from the same family of models and has the functional weapon, I think it is the key to being able to "decipher the mystery", very good point the treaty here ...
