Hi Mipastu, I think one of Smallg's script may help
kill x enemies to open door. The first and third scripts are the ones you will need.
This script works on a trigger zone you need to enter. You can drag this to cover a larger part of the map or have a end location for your level.
Not sure if this will work on more than one different character entity, as have not tested it myself yet.
