Scripts / How do coverzones work, or don't they?

As per thread title really, can't figure out how coverzones are supposed to work. Anyone know?

If I remember right, you place a trigger zone with coverzone.lua behind an object you want them to hide behind, then you use ai_cover.lua on the characters, when they fight with you they will go to the nearest zone for cover.

Hmm, tried that and they just stand there.

The magic instruction appears to be AIEntityMoveToCover (which isn't actually used in the ai_cover.lua script!) but I can't seem to get it to do anything.

Anyone have a guide to the AIEntity commands and how they are supposed to work? (apart from it being in Lee's head)

yh they don't work, there was a video of it working when they were first released but in my experience they have never worked so who knows what was really happening back then or if it's something that got broken along the journey.
will be interested to see what you come up with though if it's next on your list of objectives for your AI pathing script.
