Short video of a script I just made that lets players barricade windows! enjoy!

Perhaps you could add some "building" sounds while the barricade is being built?

Very cool idea! Crafting is one thing I would next like to figure out. Your idea has tons of possibilities! Audio, as mentioned, also one plank at a time to create barricade, (as opposed to the progress indicator); I envision zombies or other opponents trying to get in and if the barricade isn't complete in time, death or injury happens. Great job!

I've implemented a sound loop while the barricade is building so I'll get a video of that up soon.

I realy like this idea, it is better with the second type of barricade though. Maybe you could give an option of barricade ??

The good thing about this script, is that you can use literally any entity, if you wanted to use a character as a barricade you could

LOL, if he wants to give it away, that's his decision, but it would be considerate to allow him to finish it before he decides. The demo is fine.

Like Jerry said, this script isn't finished yet, also the purpose of the videos I post on YouTube or whatever are more for inspiration purposes, to show what GG can do outside of the base functionality you are given when you buy the software.

I also prefer it if those who aren't that good with scripting learn it for themselves and try to make their own creations. I'm a student and I can tell you that if I just take chunks of code other people make and use them in my own projects, I do not learn the code as well as if I just tried it from scratch myself.
