Hello,
I am planning to create a script of a rocking chain. I'm not good at make scripts.

Make your animation and then use the door script as a template.

It has Key capability, auto based on player range.
2 types of initiating animation are already scripted into it.

At the bottom of your fpe file add this and change the frames to match your animation lengths.

;anim
animmax = 2
anim0 = 0,50
anim1 = 51,100

playanimineditor = 0

Or if you just want the chain swinging as an ambient thing then all you have to do is animate the chain to swing back and forth, then add:

;anim
animmax = 1
anim0 = 0,50

playanimineditor = 1


(0 being the number of your start frame and 50 being the number of your end frame)

And it will just constantly swing back and forth with no interaction or script needed.
