You can edit the graphics in a paint program then save them in your working folder for use.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Game Guru\Files folder in the titlesbank folder are where the files are located.
Copy the folder called default and rename it to something of your liking.
Change all the graphics inside the new folder to how you want them. Keep them the same names.
The buttons are in the main folder and the graphics for the backgrounds are in the folder with the resolution names.

Once done with that in the titlebanks folder is a text file. Open it in notepad.exe and edit the contents to match the folder name you edited your graphics in.

You can change the splash screens, Ammo, Health and other in game stuff here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Game Guru\Files\languagebank\neutral

Make all this stuff and test it, then build your standalone game and they will be included with the build.
