Not yet with the current system, A new system is being planned to allow you to have 16 textures for terrain painting. It is currently in the voting features list.

does that include grass or is it only terrain texture? the original question was about grass
i think this 1 is probably closest

Yes, your right smallg, should have had some coffee first.
Spray grass of that type is way down the feature list.

You can use the mesh for the grass and another textures, make them entity objects with a fpe file and then use the spray mode. They are not animated, as I tried using the vegetation shader on them, but they shadowed and looked great.

So you could use the terrain paint grass for animated grass and have different patches of sprayed grass mixed in with it. Would look great. An easier way will be included in the future.

Don't worry about that .... some of those things on the list may only take Lee hours or days so more that one may get done at a time ...
Once the C++ and DX11 updates are dealt with I'm sure things will start moving really fast ...

Hope so anyway ...I'm not getting any younger
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..
