How can i disable character movement? i need to disable character keys 'w' 'a' 's' 'd'

Use FreezePlayer() and UnFreezePlayer() or use a reoccurring call of TransportToIfUsed(e)

can you please tell me the script for the waypoint in moving an entity that is not a character ,, (example a moving car)

there isn't one, just make your car a character (it doesnt change anything except a small collision box change) by using
Quote: "ischaracter = 1"
in the fpe
