Id say the door is not taking health damage hits because the fpe for the door has
isimmobile = 1
If you want it to take hits change it to
isimmobile = 0
Then in the properties panel for the door entity set
isimmobile to Yes.
It should then take hits.
This is due to a bug in the software. it might get fixed in the next update.
