I have a hint for you. Do not use multitexture objects!!! They waste a lot better used resources and can create strange errors with different hardware.
But I researched and I can not find a good answer if there is a possibility of multitexture objects with shaders in any game engine. So maybe you should find out if this is even possible?

I am pretty sure that there is no fpsc shader which can do this.
My dream is to develope games, which makes fun when I create it and fun when other people play it.

the fact is that I have and huge collection of packs and assets and these are all multitextured..it'll be a pain if i must covert all of them to single texture.. and even if , I dont know how to it..

is there a simple and rapid way to convert multitextured into single textured objects?

I have ultimate unwrap 3d but I dont know how to use it..

There is no easy way except to UVmap them. Combine your textures into one sheet and then move the UV island boundaries to match where you place the texture.
