3rd Party Models/Media Chat / Ambiant, Specular, Diffuse, Emissive...???

Hi,
everything is in the title : What are the good settings for a 3D object ?

There is no information about that in the 3D software I use, and the visual result in GG is bad, even if I change these settings...
Everytime I import an object in GG, this one looks to bright...

Please Help if someone can explain

Before to go further I checked some files from "Entitybank" folder.

I found some informations regarding these settings, but strangly, there is no logical order... or I see nothing !

From the House.x file (a building), there are following settings :
-Ambient R,G,B=30,30,30
-Diffuse R,G,B=192,192,192
-Specular R,G,B=192.192.192
-Emissive R,G,B=0,0,0

From the Assassin.x and Drunk.x files (both are characters) :
-Ambient R,G,B=0,0,0
-Diffuse R,G,B=149,149,149
-Specular R,G,B=0.0.0
-Emissive R,G,B=0,0,0

From the Barbarian.x file (also a character) :
-Ambient R,G,B=0,0,0
-Diffuse R,G,B=0,0,0
-Specular R,G,B=0.0.0
-Emissive R,G,B=0,0,0

What is consistent in all this ?

One more time... PLEASE HELP ! (I become crazy !)
