Scenario: You collect 3 first aid kits. when you need 1, you press this assigned button.

Is this already possible?

yes, there's a script on the store that does this, i may write one myself at some point too, i'd quite like this

P.S. Can you check your big script thread im having trouble with the multi airstrike...

it was a simple mistake Myke i had multiple sessions open and by accident chose the wrong one.
